Joe & Jamie’s Wintery Engagement Session | Janesville, WI Photographer

I have know gotten to know this couple over the last few years.  Joe’s mother, Fran, is an amazing women who rents our old home in Janesville.  When I heard Joe popped the question Fran was so excited & couldn’t wait to tell everyone she knew. After congratulating the happy couple we got talking about engagement pictures, Jamie wanted to send out save the dates in February & wanted to do a snowy engagement session. After looking to Pinterest for some ideas & talking with Joe & Jamie we came up with some more amazing ideas involving hot chocolate, hats & holiday lights, I went on the hunt for props. After a cold spell in early December they were forecasting a heat wave with snow in Wisconsin, meaning about 25 degrees, so we decided to take our chance. After awaking to no snow I began to worry, I gathered my gear & met the happy couple at Riverside Park in Janesville just as it started to snow.
