Avery was a dream to work with, quite, polite & was up for most anything. We meet on a Wednesday night at an old warehouse that is no longer in use which turned out to be a great spot to show off some of his guitars & Mom had one request for a photo that would also show off his football jersey too. We made dad run to get a football because afterward we were supposed to take photos at the football stadium which was just a short drive away. As we got close I thought it was odd that there were lots of cars near the stadium & as we got closer I realized it was being used for a charity run put on by my husbands cousin. So we all got a good laugh & rescheduled that shoot for the following week.
But the next morning we meet at my studio for some inside photos, like the yearbook & a few more casual outfits & more guitar.
After a week of waiting we were able to get into the football stadium one evening & got some great images. I hadn’t been on that field in over 15 years for marching band & I can say I don’t miss the early morning marching practices or the half time performances but it was great fun creating some stunning images for Avery.
