I’m trying something new this year…My lab offers a children’s portrait contest & has for a few years. Every year I get an email about it and a follow up email with the winners and they are always so cute. So this year I’ve decided to partake in the contest so that means I need to photograph some adorable kiddo’s to enter. I’m also doing a local component as well, I will be posting the photos that are entered on my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/smrphoto) and for each image like that’s 1 vote. The photo with the most votes will win a $500 studio credit and the top winners from each category will win a 16×20″ print.

Adorable Portrait Contest Rules
Contest Dates:
Eligible entries must be photographed by SMR Photography March 15th through May 15th.
Contest Categories:
0-6 months, 7-12 months, 13 months – 2 years, 3-5 years, 6-8 years, 9-12 years, Me N’ My Pet, Mommy or Daddy & Me (maternity not eligible), Buddies Group & Bloopers
Local Contest:
Voting will start June 1st and end June 30th. Voting will take place on my Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/smrphoto), 1 like on image = 1 Vote.
Local Prizes:
The Grand Prize Winner will receive $500 Studio Credit from SMR Photography. The Top Winner from each category will win a 16×20” Print.
The Adorable National
Children’s Portrait Contest winners will be notified and prizes awarded in October. Entries are judged on the basis of quality, appearance, charm, expression and personality. All judging decisions are final.
